Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll sequence for all contractual and permanent staff.
  • Sustain and modify manpower by their group and support HR head in making data for upper management, budget, manpower prediction and tactics.
  • Monitor hiring and onboarding development, from screening jobs and posting jobs to making sure an efficient evolution for new recruitment and keeping updated job descriptions.
  • Perform responsibility as HR contact for staff, identify concerns, supervisory on rules, and handling conflict solutions and corrective activities honestly.
  • Assist performance appraisal procedure, comprising monitor reviews, support managers with assessments and helping employee development and training programs.
  • Communicate with accounts department for internal audit as well as external audit as and when needed.
  • Deliver assistance in making training calendar and make sure its execution in addition to strategy for in-house insurance certification.
  • Make sure compliance as per employment rules, keeping correct employee details, and support through HR reporting and documents.
  • Provide assistance about the implementation, development and modification of HR regulations to make sure compliance as per best practices and current laws.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration, Human Resource or related field.
  • At least have 3 – 4 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
  • Exceptional problem solving skills to solve employee concerns and HR tasks effectively and creatively.
  • Strong understanding about employees issues and nurturing an assistance work setting.
  • Brilliant expertise in using compensation and Decibel analysis tools
