Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when essential.
  • Reports submission on time and make proposals/ presentations as allocated.
  • Provide assist subordinates when needed.
  • Communicate office doings and operations to perform competence and acquiescence to company strategies.
  • Lead administrative team and allocate duties to make sure performance efficiently.
  • Handle plans /appointments/ travel arrangements etc. for management.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence through letters, packages, e-mail etc.
  • Assistant bookkeeping and budgeting processes.
  • Make and keep posted records and databases through financial, personnel, and other information.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have BS/ MS degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
  • At least have 01 years of relevant experience in any industry.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
