Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Liable to execute security processes and protocols to secure materials and equipment at Site.
- Make balance sheets monthly.
- Process invoices effectively.
- Able record accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Keep posted internal systems with financial information.
- Follow up with bank payments and deposits.
- Provide assistance with budget preparation.
- Evaluation and implementation of financial policies.
- Possess correct records for all regular financial transactions.
- Make monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Perform reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Provide assistance in financial audits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ B.com degree or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2+ years of experience in NGO.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
