Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Liable for whole production, comprising maintenance, production planning, achieving production targets, raw material, W.I.P, production cost., controlling wastage, customer deliveries, Quality systems & improvement comprising training & Safety.
Maintenance/ Printing/ packing/ slitting/ lamination/straw/ Manufacture Complete accountable for efficient production processes, which comprises Manpower, planning RM, maintenance, production.
Planning Production and control contains production, routing, planning, production schedules, follow up, dispatch, Examination & corrective procedures.
Constant development, execution functioning brilliance, and creating of SOP for new methods or machines.
Execute & Develop strategies for competently usage of equipment, manpower to fulfill production objectives.
Make sure production is cost saving.
Make sure comprehensive compliance as per ISO and other authorities.
Manpower demand forecasting & planning Volume need Scheduling.
Train & manage training of workers in the usage of current and new equipment or production methods for constant development.
Monitor the competencies of workers and deliver development & leadership to attain company aims.
Design and plan to achieve departmental budget effectively.
Making of daily /weekly/ monthly/ yearly statistics and reports relevant to MIS reports for manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelors and Masters in Marketing, Business or related field.
At least 10 – 15 years of experience in relevant industry.
Strong understanding of product categories related to industry.
Excellent ability in using category management software or tools.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
