Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Make and execute procurement tactics for sourcing.
- Handle seller relations, negotiate contracts.
- Track pricing, market trends and delivery conditions to evaluate present and future material cost and availability.
- Collaborate with quality control, production and finance team members to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
- Make sure procurement timely whereas minimizing inventory carrying costs.
- Support in supplier assessment and audits.
- Classify cost-effective opportunities and supervise process enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 5 – 7 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- CIPS or CSCP professional certifications will be given advantage.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
