Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Handle overall characteristics of contract administration from initiation to achievement, make sure compliance with local rules and laws.
Manage negotiations with subcontractor, clients and other stakeholders to complete contract terms and conditions.
Recognize contract risks and advise recommendations to protect company’s wellbeing.
Sustain correct records of overall contractual documents and correspondence.
Create daily reports on performance metrics, contract status and risk valuations for upper management.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
At least 5 – 10 years of experience in contract management or relevant industry.
Certification in Contract Management is preferable.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Having Strong understanding with FIDIC laws.
