Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Take in corporate strategy by making and recommending long-term financial plans, estimates, and management tactics for Board permission.
Able to make sure suitable cash flow and liquidity, fulfill short-term and long-term financing needs via an improved financing mix from capital markets, banks etc.
Make sure the company’s accounts are accumulated and offered periodically as per Financial Reporting Standards/ International Accounting Standards and governing needs.
Communicate corporate financial tactics and value story to investors, analysts, credit agencies and customers.
Supervise the annual budgeting procedures throughout the company, mitigate and examine risks and opportunities to budget estimations and advises measure actions as needed.
Deliver advice to senior executive team members regarding to expenditures and investment decisions, commercials tactics and financial performance to make sure that decision making is derived from financial principles.
Make and engage finance organization by classifying and making future finance leaders as well as making sure a culture of performance management.
Build a KPI-based performance tracking system with periodic reporting to monitor financial performance and strategic aims.
Perform complete due diligence on prospect investment proposals to assistance informed, strategic decision making.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have CA or MBA degree in finance from any reputed university.
At least have 20 years of experience in relevant industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
