Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Making and implementing the company’s financial position in alignment with overall business goals.
- Handling and mitigating risks related with investments, underwriting and regulatory compliance.
- Supervising the financial planning and analysis procedure, comprising insights to improve performance and inform decision-making.
- Monitoring the investment portfolio, making sure arrangement as per risk tolerance and financial aims.
- Making sure strict obeying to regulatory needs and industry protocols.
- Evaluating and handling capital requirements, comprising raising capital as needed.
- Monitoring the making of correct and financial statements and reports on time.
- Presenting financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, comprising investors, analysts, board and regulatory bodies.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA part-qualified or relevant field.
- At least have 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
