Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Make and execute procurement tactics arranged as per MTJ foundation’s objectives.
  • Estimate requirements according to programs and classify cost-effective opportunities.
  • Classify, review and keep long-term associations with consistent vendors.
  • Handle day-to-day procurement, comprising delivery of goods and services on time.
  • Keep accountability, impose ethical protocols and maintain correct records for audits.
  • Evaluate procurement risks, rectify supplier queries relevant to payment and delivery.
  • Make comprehensive procurement reports and documents are thorough and updated.
  • Lead and provide training to procurement staff and improving team performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant field from any reputed university.
  • At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Strong knowledge regarding procurement procedures and rules.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
