Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and handle employee engagement events comprising workshops, team-building activities, socials and recognition ceremonies to improve employee retention and morale.
- Manage all types of training programs, comprising invitations, attendance tracking, scheduling and post training feedback gather to make sure efficient accomplishment.
- Monitor and report on the helpfulness of employee training programs and engagement, delivering comprehensions and advises for enhancement.
- Collaborate with IT, Admin and HR departments to organize venue, technical and logistical setups for HR-relevant events.
- Coordinate with caterers, sellers and vendors for employee events, make sure operational efficacy and fulfil in less budgets.
- Support in keeping employee documentation, onboarding procedures and make sure of correct records in HR systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BBA/ MBA Degree in HR or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 3 years of experience as similar role in any industry.
- HR certification SHRM-CP is desirable.
- Strong understanding PowerPoint and excel is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
