Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and handle employee engagement events comprising workshops, team-building activities, socials and recognition ceremonies to improve employee retention and morale.
  • Manage all types of training programs, comprising invitations, attendance tracking, scheduling and post training feedback gather to make sure efficient accomplishment.
  • Able to deal with government departments effectively.
  • Able to arrange travel and staff accommodation when required.
  • Support in keeping employee documentation, onboarding procedures and make sure of correct records in HR systems.
  • Monitor and report on the helpfulness of employee training programs and engagement, delivering comprehensions and advises for enhancement.
  • Monitor regular office facility maintenance and relevant to local purchase.
  • Make sure efficient housekeeping and inventory & asset management with budget monitoring.
  • Make sure effective security and gate operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have Master Degree in HR or a relevant field from any reputed university.
  • At least have 03 years of relevant experience in any industry.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
