Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Deliver proficiency in construction agreements and FIDIC contracts, comprising lump-sum, cost-plus, time and material structures etc.
- Accountable for all fund accounting relevant actions like financial statements, regular NAV calculations and regulatory reports.
- Making quarterly, half year and annual accounts.
- Making several reporting.
- Accountable for bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors like internal and external.
- Cooperate with trustee and other related departments on fund accounting concerns.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA and graduate from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
