Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Frequently gathering or above sales shares.
- Overseeing and managing the sales team in addition delivering encouragements to encourage team to attain sales goals.
- Tracking the performance of the sales staff.
- Make sure that the store is hygienic and well-maintained at all periods.
- Constructing and keeping respectable working associations with customers.
- Classifying prospects and tactics to surge sales.
- Frequently joining sales training and gatherings conferences.
- Make sure that the store is sufficiently supplied with company goods.
- Execution all responsibilities of the After Sales Manager in circumstances of nonexistence or crisis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
- At least have 4 – 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Robust understanding about lithium batteries, lead-acid batteries and inverters.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mind and a robust go-getter attitude.
