Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform routine jobs like welfare, logistics, and transport.
- Maintain record keeping & reporting regular day worksheet.
- Able record & report regular output.
- Able to comprehend interface with specialist site actions & correction.
- Recommend on appropriateness of Material.
- Distribution of Material, Plant, & labor according to Tender sizes.
- Allocation of tasks between labor to enhance output.
- Support in predicting need of Material, Labor, & Machinery /Plant Output.
- Make sure regular output has been fulfilled according estimate within allowable.
- Major link to Laborers / Worker for assigning work and getting productivity.
- Output should be according to needed predefined (ISO) quality protocols.
- Make sure all doings, labor and operations are following safe working major practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 4+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
