Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Gather and assemble regularly, weekly and monthly information relevant to departmental operations.
- Keep correct and modified records of reports, papers, and related statistics.
- Able to record kitchen staff attendance and punctuality as required.
- Assist management in consumption reports, cost analysis and efficiency tracking.
- Assemble monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
- Cooperate with kitchen staff for timely and correct information submission.
- Coordinate with manager regarding shortages and inventory trends.
- Make sure correct documentation and audit records of all inventory activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, business, public administration from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
