Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide support to company secretary in corporate and secretarial matters.
- Responsible for arrangement of Board of Directors meetings and drafting of relevant board pack or member pack.
- Responsible to file all legal forms in compliance with Company Act and guidelines.
- Having information of specialized laws like Venture Capital, Housing Finance, NBFCs and REIT.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ICSP/ Masters (Law degree would be a Plus).
- At least have 4 – 6 years of experience in legal preferably as a senior position in corporate background.
- Be punctual and proactive in analyzing risk.
- Strong fluency in English both spoken and written.
- Solid Leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Be able to work in team.
