Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance activities, facilities services, and tradespersons like electricians, clerks, mechanics and other admin staff.
- Establish and oversee other office accomplishments like renovations, recycling, event planning etc.
- Make sure processes follow to rules and guidelines.
- Possess well-informed with all organizational modifications and business expansions.
- Make sure the sufficient and smooth stream of data within the company to enable other business operations effectively.
- Handle plans and targets efficiently.
- Oversee inventory of office goods and the buying of new material with consideration to budgetary limitations.
- Oversee expenses and costs to support in budget preparation.
- Design and organize administrative processes and techniques and plan ways to streamline procedures.
- Hire and provide training to staffs and distribute duties and office space accordingly.
- Evaluate workforce performance metrics and deliver guidance and coaching to make sure maximum productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelors in Business Administration from any reputed university.
- At least 10 – 15 years of experience in textile or relevant industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
