Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle day to day operations in office.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to coordinate on daily tasks.
- Keep and structure office files, records and crucial documents, making sure they are quickly available and protectively secured.
- Communicate with office staff regarding events, meetings etc.
- Support in making of presentations, reports and other relevant documents as needed.
- Support IR/ Manager Admin in regular task.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ BA degree from any reputed university.
- At least Fresh – 2 years of experience in similar roles in relevant industry.
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
