Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle office guesthouse and space, comprising making sure timely maintenance, sanitation and protection of the premises.
  • Manage petty cash management and reimbursements.
  • Make sure renewal of insurance policies on time.
  • Keep correct records of insurance records and coordinate with insurance sellers to rectify any problems or updates.
  • Deliver IT services to office worker.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidate must have BBA/ MBA from any reputed university.
  • At least have 02 years of experience in relevant industry.
  • Expertise in MS Office like excel, PowerPoint and word.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
