Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support company secretary in organizing board and shareholders meetings, making outline documents, notices and other related documents.
- Able to circulate allied documents, notices and minutes of the board meetings to directors and shareholders in a timely manner.
- Support the company secretary in making sure compliance as per with the code of corporate governance regulations, companies act, CDC regulations, NBFC regulations and other related suitable laws.
- Able to file several forms/ documents with the registrar, PSX, regulator etc., on time.
- Cooperate with legal counsel and lawyers to identify legal and statutory matters of the company.
- Able to draft related contracts, agreements and any other relevant documents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have ACA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s in law from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
