Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to enter matched invoices correctly.
- Able to run invoices due for payment report for authorization.
- Able to upload payment files for final approval.
- Able to rectify RTGS rejections.
- Able to process foreign currency invoices effectively.
- Able to process debit notes and match to supplier invoices.
- Monitor and process approved employee expense claims efficiently.
- Conduct monthly supplier reconciliation effectively.
- Keep supplier master file in database.
- Make sure timely response to supplier problems.
- Make analyses of accounts and generate monthly reports.
- Lead constant enhancement throughout the Accounts Payable process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ B.COM/ BBA/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2 – 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
