Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Track accounts status/credit holds efficiently.
- Able to run and assess daily debtor reports.
- Extract regular bank statements, organize remittances and apply all receipts.
- Conduct collection measures associated with business regulations.
- Evaluate new customer applications effectively.
- Conduct account reconciliations promptly.
- Make invoices, account statements, bills, and bank deposits.
- Conduct regular transactions comprising verifying, identifying, posting and recording accounts receivables’ information.
- Able to setup new and keep customer master file.
- Able to raise provision for doubtful debts, process for approval and write-off at year-end efficiently.
- Make sure timely replies to customer problems.
- Lead nonstop enhancement throughout Accounts Receivable procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ICMA/ CPA/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
