Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute accounting and financial best major practices and monitors critical accounting procedures to make sure legal compliance as per with financial reporting and banking regulations at the state, and federal stage.
- Supervise planning and estimating measures with business partners to gain investment and accounting objectives.
- Able to onboard, hires, trains, leads, coaches, evaluates, and delivers performance feedback to finance teams.
- Keeps and reviews accounting systems as required.
- Assess financial reports and suggests accurate action consequently.
- Gather and evaluates information to make financial estimates and suggest tactics to address problems and leverage strengths.
- Examines expenses, revenue, cash flows, and balance sheets to enhance profitability and transparency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CPA/ ACCA/ CA/ Bachelor’s/ Master’s in finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 7 – 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
