Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with departments, support in budget interpretation to head of department, make & monitor the budget compilation procedures.
- Making of actual vs budget reports on monthly basis.
- Making of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Financial Statements.
- Make and evaluate financial reports in correct and timely manner.
- Support in the cooperation of yearly audit and quarterly assessment activities of external auditors.
- Make, execute and keep all-inclusive accounting policy paper works to enhance clarity and constancy.
- Execute and keep reporting processes to obey with internal control needs.
- Conduct constant valuation of the close process and process re-engineering to lessen the timing to close the financial period efficiently.
- Assist month end and year end closing.
- Tracking of actual vs budget expenses of all related departments.
- Authorization of applications for budgetary controls in ERP.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/ACCA/ ICMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 7+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
