Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Computing, recording, inputting or processing financial information.
- Making customer invoices as per accounting processes.
- Able to research and investigate inconsistencies in invoices to regulate the correctness of charges.
- Matching payments to sales orders or invoice numbers.
- Managing customer inquiries about billing problems.
- Handling an Accounts Receivable ledger and Accounts Receivable records.
- Able to submit regular reports to senior management on accounts receivable functions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/CPA/ACCA/ ICMA/ MBA in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
