Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to prepare and process purchase orders and paper works as per with procurement guidelines and procedures.
- Able to responsible for the Loan Control reconciliation effectively.
- Able to responsible for the Detailed and Unallocated Establishment.
- Able to responsible for the Fees and Interest in Suspense Reconciliation efficiently.
- Release Cashier maid tea time, lunch hour and when Cashier is on leave and also deliver support on any other related queries the Cashier may require.
- Support in other relevant work within the separation like filing of Journals, Payment Vouchers and any related other source documents.
- Make sure that that all journals entries into ERP System are assessed properly and adjustment journals elevated where essential.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have B.Com/ D.Com/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
