Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise audit engagements and conduct comprehensive audit testing.
- Perform risk evaluation and design audit guidelines.
- Make and evaluate working paper as per with RSM and ISA methodology.
- Able to coach and lead junior team members amid fieldwork.
- Cooperate with clients in Arabic and English effectively.
- Able to draft management letters and assist with final audit deliverables.
- Make sure compliance with ISQM 1, ethical protocols and Qatar regulatory needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CPA/CA/ ACCA/ CMA/ Bachelor’s in Accounts from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
