Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and grow business from current customers, new potential clients, and competitor accounts.
- Advertise the complete variety of switchgear and panel products.
- Handle the whole sales cycle such as lead generation, product range and design, offer preparation, conduct negotiation, and order finalization.
- Provide product interpretations, demonstrations, and seminars to inform customers on solutions.
- Keep organized sales procedures comprising visit reporting, planning, and order booking on time.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with major customers to make sure high satisfaction levels.
- Track market trends and deliver insights into competitor measures and growths.
- Make sure compliance with internal sales procedures, documents, and approval workflows.
- Daily inform the CRM system with correct and information on time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ BE/ BSc in Electrical, electronic from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
