Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Connect to the customer, accelerate OS&Ds and rectify customer problems quickly.
- Able to read throughout all Purchase Orders to get an overview of needs and ensure terms and conditions are accurate.
- Cooperate with sales and suppliers to het additional margin when needed.
- Cooperate with customers, vendors, and sales team members on pricing, claims, order placement, and returned goods, and account management to make sure we are meeting customer expectations efficiently.
- Accelerate backorders to make the most of fill rates and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate suppliers and purchase needs looking for additional pricing compensations and product substitution opportunities to considerably enhance the overall profitability of the project.
- Handle the delivery product quality, schedule, information informs and back charge.
- Able to seek substitute approaches to deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Deliver timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals.
- Additional excavate customer relationships that may need on-site visits.
- Able to provide training and direction to entry level employees.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ BE/ BSc in Electrical, electronic from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
