Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of Production Supervisors, Team Leaders and Production Operators to provide best-in-class products to customers.
- Able to responsible for manufacturing products at minimum cost, quality, customer satisfaction and delivery as per with well-defined schedule.
- Build standards of performance and track the same against pre-determined protocols.
- Production execution and planning, comprising minimum product line design and staffing stages for appropriate operation.
- Delver positive leadership by presenting company guidelines and management directions for Production Personnel.
- Deliver correct and timely data to senior management as directed by continuing business requirements.
- Build and keep a high level of employee morale.
- Keep sound disciplinary guidelines as per with Company needs.
- Lead compliance as per with Health and Safety, Environmental and Security Procedures by keeping constant compliance with the company-certified IMS system.
- Continuous enhancement in best major practice for manufacturing.
- Make sure Production Operatives are qualified to optimal protocols.
- Conduct daily appraisals of all Production employees as per compliance with company guidelines and handle underperformers effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BS/ BE/ BSc in Electrical, electronic from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 15 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
