Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to process accounts and incoming payments as per compliance with financial procedures and guidelines.
- Conduct regular financial transactions comprising compute, classify, verify, post and record account receivables information.
- Make invoices, bills and bank deposits.
- Perform reconciliation the accounts receivable ledger to make sure payments are properly posted.
- Classify and rectify difference in payments or billing.
- Coordinate with clients to follow up on remaining payments and send reminders through email.
- Make sure correct posting in SAP system on time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Accounts, finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
