Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Directing on procurement tactics.
- Making subcontract papers, comprising bills of quantities.
- Assessment contract conditions and report recommendations or concerns to the Operations Director.
- Handling costs on all related Mechanical projects.
- Responsible costs value analysis comprising cost value reporting.
- Execution risk and value management and cost saving effectively.
- Classify, analyses and build replies to commercial risks.
- Price up discrepancies and get agreement with clients.
- Assemble program as per cost to project budgets.
- Appreciating works as they development and agreeing final accounts.
- Deliver commercial guidance to the operational team members as and when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical from any reputed university.
- At least have 5 – 7 years of experience in similar role.
- Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
