Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Able to monitor warehouse inventory and staff.
- Supports Warehouse Manager with training and hiring of new employees.
- Able to schedules and monitors warehouse staff.
- Receipt of Packing Material, Raw Material, and general items and create inventory.
- Performs physical inventory, associates outcomes to computerized inventory, and reconciles any inadequacies.
- Make sure that all stock is kept in precise locations in the warehouse.
- Preparation the regular activities to gain the target according to planning.
- Schedule materials being transported to and from warehouse; directs transfer of inventory between departments.
- Cooperate with other related departments and stakeholders to build tactics plans and processes to increase the capability of warehouse practices.
- Track expenditures; executes accurate actions if required.
- Implements operating guidelines and safety strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
