Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor and handle end-to-end warehouse operations comprising inventory management, receiving, packing, put-away, picking, order processing, and dispatch.
- Make sure all operations obey to the outlined client SLAs, SOPs, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Track regular workflows to keep correct, productivity, and appropriateness in all warehouse actions.
- Cooperate with customer service and transportation team members to make sure timely dispatch and delivery of goods effectively.
- Supervise and inspire warehouse staff comprising supervisors, team leads, and connections.
- Build manpower plans, design and shift rosters as per operational volume.
- Perform daily performance reviews, team meetings, and training initiatives to improve team competence and confidence.
- Track warehouse control and budgets costs relevant to labor, consumables, material handling equipment, and other related resources.
- Monitor and analyses working performance against financial targets like cost per unit, productivity, etc.
- Classify cost-effective opportunities and execute measures to enhance overall profitability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Supply Chain from any reputed university.
- At least have 3+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
