Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keep, calibrate and troubleshoot control and instrumentation systems.
- Conduct corrective/ preventive maintenance of PLC, DCS, digital control valves and allied control system, comprising flow meters, HRV’s, pressure transmitters etc. and assist plant operations.
- Able to keep LPG cylinder bottling/ filling machines.
- Track system alarms, performance and data trends to make sure efficient LPG operations.
- Support in testing, commissioning, installation and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot errors in control alarms, loops and safety systems.
- Keep schedules, documentation and report critical problems.
- Follow safety protocols, take part in drills and make sure compliance.
- Make sure and keep plant operations free from electrical faults.
- Make sure flame proof culture at plant in all related matters like procedures of repair work, equipment etc.
- Able to periodic check earthing system and keep its log book.
- Conduct all obligatory related responsibilities assigned by Plant Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have DAE/ B-Tech Mechanical from any reputed university.
- At least have 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
