Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle and keep accounting records, comprising accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and other related financial information.
- Perform reconcile credit card statements, bank statements, and other related financial accounts daily.
- Make and evaluate financial statements to deliver insights and suggestions to the Finance Manager.
- Cooperate with other related departments to collect financial data and make sure correctness of information.
- Make sure compliance as per with all local, and federal financial procedures.
- Support in the making of the yearly budget and financial prediction.
- Deliver support amid audits and tax preparation & submission.
- Resolution accounting inconsistencies and indiscretions on time and professional manner.
- Conduct other related responsibilities as given by the Finance Manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CMA inter / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
