Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and handle all hotel departments to make sure efficient operations.
- Monitor financial performance, comprising forecasting, budgeting and revenue management.
- Keep high protocols of guest satisfaction, service quality and brand awareness.
- Train, recruit and encourage staff, nurturing a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Execute operational procedures, guidelines and compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Handle property maintenance and make sure facilities are in good condition.
- Track performance metrics and report to upper management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management from any reputed university.
