Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Build and keep comprehensive 3D models by using software like AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
- Understand engineering and architectural plans to make combined building system models.
- Conduct clash finding and determination spatial encounters between architectural, structural, and MEP mechanisms.
- Cooperate with engineers, architects, and construction team members to make sure model correctness and viability.
- Make construction documents, material departures, and production drawings based on BIM information.
- Keep constant documentation, variety control, and file organization principles.
- Support in execution BIM implementation plans and company-wide modeling standards.
- Modify models based on project modifications, field information, or redline rises.
- Assist quality control determinations and take part in design direction meetings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in BIM Designer from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
