Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform copy, scan and stock documents.
- Verify for correctness and edit files such as contracts.
- Evaluation and modify technical documents like workflows and manuals.
- Allocate project-relevant copies to internal team members.
- Able to file documents in physical and digital records.
- Make templates for future utilization.
- Recover files as demanded by clients and employees.
- Handle the movement of documentation inside the organization.
- Keep discretion related sensitive data and terms of agreement.
- Make ad-hoc reports on projects as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 8 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
