Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Outlines the civil list of actions, list of deliverables and their dates of issue as per with contract needs and schedule.
- Release the civil design viewpoints and modifications appropriate over-all conditions.
- Makes and conduct the civil design evaluation.
- Take part in inter-discipline design evaluation and direction meetings
- Handles technical position for civil works designers, engineers, and draftsmen.
- Signs and controls all related civil deliverables.
- Manages and controls subcontracted actions.
- Make sure the attainment of allocated objectives and the fulfillment of the project quality needs, the contractual responsibilities and Company HSE promises.
- Takes any counteractive measures within civil group essential for this determination.
- Able to reports to project manager and civil head of department whenever needed.
- Reports and controls civil design actions procedures.
- Compute and track performance key factors.
- Cooperate with other related discipline specialists and get input appropriate to conduct the civil design.
- Able to take care of any changes of contract possibility and matters trend notices when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
- At least have 10 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
