Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling the making of correct and timely financial statements, comprising consolidated reports for the company.
- Supervising and cooperating external and internal audits, making sure all documentation and procedures fulfils controlling and compliance principles.
- Building and executing strong financial controls to secure assets and make sure information correctness.
- Supervision of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close procedures, comprising reconciliations, journal entries, and discrepancies analysis.
- Making comprehensive financial reports and interpret for senior leadership and board members.
- Leading strategic initiatives to improve financial reporting procedures via innovative and automation solutions.
- Delivering leadership and mentorship to junior trainees, nurturing a culture of growth, collaboration, and effective excellence.
- Cooperating with multi-functional team members to build forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial tactics.
- Stay up-to-date regarding modifications in accounting rules and best major practices, applying updates to internal procedures and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts, Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 – 2 years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
