Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling the organization, training, scheduling, and give assignment for auditing team.
- Establishment of compliance auditing plans as per comprehensive research based on studies performed by government bodies and top notch organizations.
- Performing, handling and monitoring internal and external audits.
- Evaluating all related programs and actions influenced by industry rules, comprising reports, records, and software.
- Advising and executing modifications to identify guidelines and practices that are not resistant as per industry guidelines.
- Examining possible risks within the company and its measures to dodge conceivable compliance matters.
- Pursuing reported company ruins and the replies and plans about these accusations.
- Studying current compliance records and creating all related necessary information.
- Accumulating reports on the outcomes of internal and external audits and interpret those reports to the related supervisors and department seniors.
- Joining professional and educational development programs to enhance your job information and improve the compliance department’s status.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from any reputed university.
- At least have 1 years of experience in similar role.
