Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of Civil of Subcontractors and technicians to follow all stages of stoppage and counteractive maintenance actions, in addition to slight alterations to creating structures at technical buildings, stations, car parks, internal roads, depots, and elevated overpasses.
- Lead, monitor, and support Civil Technicians on-site with maintenance actions like grouting, sealant application, chipping, insulation, scaffolding, general structural repairs, and finishes.
- Carry out recognized processes and directions to make sure compliance with safety necessities and maintenance protocols.
- Deliver job training, familiarization, and evaluation for assistants as needed.
- Make and keep correct records of maintenance actions and other related data by utilizing a computerized maintenance management system.
- Support the senior civil engineer or other related technical staff with executing asset configuration modifications.
- Make sure equipment and tools are correctly kept and in decent operational condition.
- Able to perform tasks as given by the Senior Civil Engineer, comprising shift work and emergency answer duties when needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualification from any reputed university.
- At least 10 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
