Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle and improved the whole accounts payable cycle, including vendor communication, invoice processing and payment authorization, whereas nurturing robust relations and making sure issue solution on time.
- Collaborate with supply chain for getting correct data relevant to payments.
- Accountable for creditors’ reconciliation as per management plan.
- Support line manager for taxation and payable operations concerns.
- Make the payable elaborations for all the vendors against their respective invoices.
- Handling diverse reports on monthly basis such as supplier purchase report and local purchase report etc.
- Coordinate in performing bank reconciliation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve queries in supplier invoices about Sales tax/ WHT etc.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have BSc/ BBA/ MBA Degree in Accounting or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Local UAE experience is preferred.
- Applicant must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
- Strong understanding MS Office is plus.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
