- Ensure lube and parts obtainability within the area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by rectifying their queries and concerns as per their policies.
- Coordinate with technical department for getting market feedback.
- Monitoring and efficient operations of returns and delivering training assistance to dealers for progress.
- Building effective relationships with dealers and take measure for efficient operations.
- Achievement of KPIs in form of Jam, Jellies and network, parts sales, activities as per in MBO.
- Outline grey line and take action to enhance to accomplish aims.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Intermediate/ Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
