Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Mitigate and interpret variances between budgeted and actual outcomes.
- Make sure submission landed cost sheet working on time.
- Responsible to provide all related info to external auditor which are needed for conducting audit comprising GL/ Schedules/ Statements etc.
- All banking affairs comprising execution of all paper works relevant to pledge of shares, timely renewal of facilities, making of charge and other related securities.
- Coordinate with related departments to gather and evaluate cost-relevant inputs.
- Make, review and interpret detailed cost reports for several departments and projects.
- Support in forecasting, budgeting and cost control measures to make sure financial smoothness.
- Perform variance analysis and cost performance reviews, deliver actionable plans and advise preventive actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ CMA/ CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CFA part-qualified or a relevant field.
- At least have 7+ years of relevant experience in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
