Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support in updating, organization and keep patient medical records also make sure that correctness, comprehensiveness and entry of medical data on time.
- Collaborate with medical staff to gather and verify patient data.
- Support in tracking access to medical records and making sure authorized use.
- Deliver timely and smooth extraction of medical records and making sure authorized use.
- Keep accurate documentation of medical records actions.
- Deliver folders for scanning to record imaging assistant.
- Support in the appropriate disposal of physical records following digitization, obeying to hospital rules and legal needs.
- Able to systematized and handle the storage of physical records before and after scanning.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have Intermediate/ Graduate or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 1+ years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
