Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Building and making the internal audit structure for the organization.
- Performing operational audits throughout departments to evaluate compliance, processes and internal controls.
- Classifying discrepancies, risks and areas for enhancement and execution of solutions.
- Conduct audit testing to make sure the efficiency of internal controls.
- Support in making concise and clear audit reports to interpret outcomes and advises to upper management.
- Support the audit findings and advises have been executed by upper management.
- Support in planning, implementing and reporting on internal audits to make sure the impact of internal controls and compliance as per regulatory needs.
- Support in classifying and evaluating risks and making audit plans to examine those risks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA/ ACCA and MBA degree in Finance or relevant field from any reputed university.
- At least 8 – 10 years of experience in similar roles in any industry.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
