Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle operations such as accounts payable, keeping the general ledger, accounts receivable and project accounting.
- Evaluate all the payment vouchers to make sure availability of permitted budget, accurate of accounting ledgers, requisite approvals and capability of supporting documents and invoices.
- Be audit coordinator for half-yearly, quarterly and yearly audits/ reviews with the statutory auditor to make sure an efficient accomplishment.
- Support manager accounts for monthly closing and financial reporting of books of accounts.
- Making of information for Pakistan credit rating agency information for enable credit rating of the company.
- Perform any other related tasks to financial reporting and payables given by the senior management.
- Conduct monthly reporting to sponsors in formats demanded by them, whereas delivering replies to queries demanded by them.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must have CA/ ACCA finalist or relevant professional certifications.
- At least have 2+ years of experience in similar role.
- Expertise in using MS Excel.
- Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
