Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Communication with service providers, clients and internal team.
Evaluate and modify debit card management and DFS ops protocols according to regulatory and business requirements.
Easy procedures, arrange as per market top practices and make CRs making sure regulatory compliance.
Perform UATs and make sure deployment of solutions on time.
Track ADC requests, complains and debit card processes like stationery, personalization, returned/ undelivered cards etc.
Make sure of timely implementation of memos/ invoices such as ATM reconciliations, 1link, SDRS cases etc.
Evaluate compliance/ audit reports, modify MIS and emphases observations.
Keep suitable compliance and audit ratings.
Make sure submission of all compliance, regulatory and internal reports on time.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must have Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from any reputed university.
At least have 4 – 6 years of experience in relevant industry.
Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
